In my opinion optimal wellness is achieved through understanding the body as a whole. Primarily focusing on a conscious lifestyle sourcing sustainable and or natural ingredients when used both internally and externally. Fully embracing natures secrets and alternative methods that were once used regrettably replaced with convenient methods used today. Through my life long traditional upbringing, studying alternative health and my own self taught methods, I am pleased to share various recipes, techniques and methods in hopes to create a better and healthier lifestyle within your home.

As becoming a mother was my upmost greatest joys, it has made me a more meticulous person especially to what I was buying, what I was cooking especially how I was treating certain ailments of health-related issues.  As today’s modern world as we all know takes many short cuts through the usage of more chemical substances not only in tangible items but perishable items as well, we need to be more cautious of what we buy and how we take care of wellness as a whole.

Though many may thing that wellness just revolves around our food consumption, it’s not necessarily so as these potentially harmful substances as noted above may be added to any of your products you are surrounded by or using today in the form of furniture, electronics, skin care, and most definitely food.
