Returns & Exchanges

Consultations – Joanna Heath Wellness

All consultations provided by Joanna Heath and her staff under Joanna Heath Wellness are non-refundable.

  • These consultations are educational services conducted by professionals in the field of Natural Health.
  • Once a consultation is completed, all fees are final.
  • Any supplementation or herbal product recommendations given during a consultation are third-party products and are subject to the return/exchange policies of the respective manufacturers.

For any issues related to third-party supplement providers, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Canvas Wall Art – Joanna Heath Collection

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our canvas wall art, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

However, if the artwork arrives damaged during transit, we will replace it. The following conditions apply:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Proof of damage (clear photos of the damaged item and packaging) must be sent to [email protected].
  • Replacement orders will be processed upon verification of damage.

Apparel – Joanna Heath Collection

We accept returns and exchanges only on apparel from the Joanna Heath Collection under the following conditions:

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
  • The garment must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Due to the delicate nature of our garments, which are crafted from the finest silk in Italy, we reserve the right to decline any returns or exchanges if the garment has been worn, washed, or damaged.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in a defective condition.

Skincare Products – Joanna Heath Beauty

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on skincare products due to the nature of our production process, which involves small-batch formulations using raw, natural ingredients.

To ensure your satisfaction, we encourage you to order our sample sizes before making a full-size purchase. Samples are available online at joannaheath.com.

 


Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days depending on size and type of product.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use UPS &DHL for domestic and international shipping.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on location and product weight.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • For damages upon delivery, please follow the instructions outlined in the Canvas Wall Art return policy.
