Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Joanna Heath Photography or Joanna Heath Skincare, you may return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges or processing fees). Please send your request within 7 days of receipt of items via email to joanna@joannaheath.com, we will do our best to accommodate your concerns. If any claim is requested after the date of receiving the item as items are tracked, no claim, refund or exchange can be made. Any valid warranty will be honored for any canvas print ordered for physical defects to the item only, provided a claim is submitted within 7 days of receipt of items. Customer is responsible for payment of the shipment returned.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock on our website but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping Costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping date requested. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

All Skincare products will be shipped immediately assuming stock is available however all canvas photography orders need an additional two weeks to complete the printing and framing of the canvas, and sometimes can take longer and all canvas prints are printed and framed at a different location.
