  • Joanna Heath Wellness offers a 12-week package of weekly 30-minute sessions for $1,800 USD.

  • Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own discretion. No guarantees of outcome are expressed or implied.

  • Wellness services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Clients should consult with their licensed healthcare providers for medical concerns.

3. Apparel & Intellectual Property

  • All Joanna Heath Collection resort wear is designed by Joanna Heath and manufactured in Italy.

  • All prints, images, and designs are copyrighted and owned exclusively by Joanna Heath LLC.

  • Any use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of these materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Beauty Products

  • Joanna Heath Beauty (Josena) herbal skincare products are handcrafted in small batches and are not tested or approved by the FDA or any laboratory.

  • By purchasing or using these products, you acknowledge and accept that you are using them at your own discretion and risk.

  • Reactions may occur depending on individual sensitivities. Joanna Heath, Joanna Heath LLC, and affiliates are not liable for any claims related to product use.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
