1. Apparel Return Policy

  • All apparel from Joanna Heath Collection may be returned within 12 days of purchase for a full refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original and perfect condition.

  • Refunds are issued within 2 weeks of receiving the item, depending on the customer’s bank or payment method.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if products show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

2. Skincare Products

  • Due to the handcrafted, herbal nature of Joanna Heath Beauty (Josena) products, all skincare sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.

3. Shipping Policy

  • We use third-party shipping carriers.

  • Joanna Heath LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and contact the shipping carrier directly for lost parcel claims.

4. Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at joanna@joannaheath.com with photographic evidence.

5. International Orders

  • Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international shipments. Customers are responsible for these fees.

 

"Return to Nature" With each purchase 15% of the sale proceeds are returned back to nature through the Joanna Heath Foundation Fund.
