1. Apparel Return Policy

All apparel from Joanna Heath Collection may be returned within 12 days of purchase for a full refund.

Items must be returned in their original and perfect condition.

Refunds are issued within 2 weeks of receiving the item, depending on the customer’s bank or payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refunds if products show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
2. Skincare Products

Due to the handcrafted, herbal nature of Joanna Heath Beauty (Josena) products, all skincare sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
3. Shipping Policy

We use third-party shipping carriers.

Joanna Heath LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and contact the shipping carrier directly for lost parcel claims.
4. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at joanna@joannaheath.com with photographic evidence.
5. International Orders

Additional customs duties or taxes may apply for international shipments. Customers are responsible for these fees.
