Helping Ukraine

In 2022, as Ukraine refugees fled to various parts of Poland, and communities united to help their fellow neighbors. The Heath family have partnered up with Hotels in Poland to help with accommodations, food and other supplies needed.

Hurricane Dorian

Understanding the impacts of any possible hurricane, especially living in Florida and experiencing a couple of hurricanes on their own. The Heath Family was able to support the Bahamian people after the disastrous hurricane Dorian hit in 2019.

Pesticide free Lawns

Pesticides have been linked to a wide range of human health hazards, ranging from short-term impacts such as headaches and nausea to chronic impacts like cancer, reproductive harm, and endocrine disruption as reported by the Studies by the National, Toxic Actions Centre 2015 and Natural Defense Resource Council.

In Canada, over 130 communities and two entire provinces have passed laws severely restricting pesticide use, so homeowners and city park services are going organic perforce. In the U.S., where municipalities in many states lack the power to pass such comprehensive laws, a number of cities and towns have restricted the use of pesticides on school grounds or in parks and you being the in charge of this specific park you can restrict it as well.

Furthermore, while many pesticides remain legal in the States, more and more people are becoming aware of the strain that they place on the eco-system.

In having designed this brochure it is my greatest hope to seize the usage of these dangerous toxins until both environmentally and safe plan has been proposed.
